1. What is Microsoft Whiteboard?
Microsoft Whiteboard is an excellent tool when it comes to collaborating creatively (e.g. in meetings) by having participants interact with each other.
You can add several elements to a Whiteboard:
- Notes (also note groups)
- Text boxes
- Shapes
- Reactions (interactive icons/buttons)
- Images
- Documents (also a single page can be displayed)
- Templates (e.g. for brainstorming, problem solving, learning, games etc)
2. How to use
Please visit the Microsoft Whiteboard website for creating your own Whiteboards in your browser.
For installing the desktop app, follow this link and click on the "Get in store app" button.
3. Example
This is an example Whiteboard. After creating a Whiteboard, you can share the link with others by using the share icon in the upper right corner:

You can have multiple Whiteboards at your disposal, being able to rename, edit and share them.
